Phase 2 of the five-year Foster Avenue Greenway Project was completed on Saturday, Nov. 1.  And Foster Avenue is looking pretty spiffy!! In the days preceding the Phase 2 work day, significant prep was required. For example, concrete in some of the tree pits had to be broken up and removed.
